We accept Paypal and Google Checkout.
With Paypal you can send money from your Paypal account, credit or debit card. You may also pay by eCheque through Paypal, though this will need to clear before your purchase is sent.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with your card. When you get to the checkout click on the Paypal button. The next screen will give you option of signing into your account or if you wish to pay by card, click on the \'Continue\' button on the left just to enter your card and postage details.

As all of our payments go through Paypal or Google, you are covered under their strict security procedures which means that your card details are never disclosed to any third parties, including The Oriental Magpie.
Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £45!
Worldwide Standard: 2-3 WEEKS. £6.50 This method has NO tracking and can sometimes take as long as 6 weeks to arrive (though rarely!)
Worldwide Signed For: 1-2 WEEKS. £9.50 Includes tracking and insurance!
Orders are posted out within 48 hours of your order being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipments are made Monday to Friday.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery times. If you would like your item/s by a specific time, please make sure you place your order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment. This especially applies to busy times such as Christmas!
Most orders are small enough to fit through a letter box. If it is too big, or it needs to be signed for, the postman will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
If for any reason your purchase is returned to us by Royal Mail it is the buyers responsibility to pay for all of the postage costs to have the item/s reposted.
All orders are processed within 2 working days. Please allow 2-4 working days on top of this time for your order to arrive, if sent by standard or Recorded delivery.
Next Day delivery will arrive the next working day if ordered by 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note: Recorded delivery takes 1-2 working days to arrive and will need to be signed for.
If you weren't in to sign for your order the postman will leave a red 'Sorry you were out' card telling you how to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please click here to contact us to receive information on how to return your purchase(s).
We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred.
If you require a different product (rather than a different size or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
Some products (such as earrings) are non-returnable; these are clearly marked with a '+' next to the product name.
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Once you have contacted us you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods at your expense - we highly recommend that returns are sent using a trackable posting method such as Recorded Delivery to ensure that it arrives to us safely.
Don’t panic, we can sort it! We’re really sorry if you received a faulty item or if it was damaged in transit. We try to package items are securely as possible, but sadly accidents do happen.
Please email emma@theorientalmagpie.com and we will get the problem sorted for you as soon as we can. Please be aware that we will need the faulty item to be returned or photographic evidence sent to us before we can process a refund or replacement.
If you are returning an item, or items, to us then the cost of returning the item is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the item/s using Recorded Delivery-more information on how to return items and whether you need to pay for return postage will be provided when you contact us regarding returning an item.
